WHO IS COUNSELLING FOR?

I offer a counselling service for adults and couples, young people and children in a confidential setting which is within easy access of Bolton town centre, just off Chorley New Road (opposite Bolton School).

WHY SEEK COUNSELLING

Seeing a qualified therapist can help us to overcome many issues such as depression, anxiety, panic and can often help us get our lives back on track.

Many of us experience times in our lives when we feel under pressure and find it hard to cope, either as a person who has mental, emotional or physical health problems or as a carer. I believe that people know its time to change their behaviour, but often we need the support and understanding of someone who can offer another perspective and help us to get our lives going in the right directions. Helping us to see a fresh insight and a clearer view. Once you make the often difficult decision to see a counsellor I feel it is important that you are seen as soon as possible, therefore I can usually see people within ONE WEEK.

I offer a variety of counselling approaches which include:
